How do i get my rebate?
1. CHECK with the provider if you're eligible.
2. PURCHASE your prescription glasses, sunglasses or contact lenses and email us on info@eyevault.com.au for a tax invoice
3. SEND the invoice to the health fund provider to claim your rebate
